New construction and renovation to Women’s Unit Annex – Two support buildings (front support 37,200 sq. ft. / rear support 55,000 sq. ft.), two 240-bed secure housing building (30,700 sq. ft. each), four 140-bed open bay dormitories (26,800 sq. ft.), three sally ports (2,496 sq. ft.), four-story central control tower (600 sq. ft.), one generator buildings (800 sq. ft.), geothermal building (864 sq. ft.), 52 acres of sitework and utilities, including new power distribution, geothermal loops, potable and reclaimed water, storm sewer, gas and re mains.
