Two support buildings (front support 41,013 sq. ft. / rear support 42,933 sq. ft.), three 240-bed secure housing building (29,240 sq. ft. each), three 140-bed open bay dormitories (12,600 sq. ft. each), front and rear sally ports (1,111 sq. ft.),four-story central control tower (796 sq. ft.) 52 acres of sitework and utilities including new power distribution, geothermal loops, potable and reclaimed water, storm sewer, gas and fire mains.
