New construction of a TV Broadcast facility of approximately 28,000 sq. ft. attached o the WUSF-FM facilities and included some renovations to the radio broadcast facility and utility infrastructure modi cations. The facility programs included 2 studios, engineering core function, marketing / fund raising, administrative offices and support areas.
